What I found was that the Internet can provide some good resources to help you learn how to manage your money, but there are also a large amount of scam sites and services that are just out to get hold of your money.

How to Manage Your MoneyThe trouble with the Internet is that it is so easy to put up a website and claim that you are in the financial services industry; so I try to keep clear of most of these websites by first researching them.

The more I researched the options for financial services, the more companies I found that promise to help you with your debt, credit, or loans problems – but at a price. Knowing that people have financial problems seems to make these companies even greedier for taking the little money that you may have – I think that is sick!

So, I want to help you find the best options for your financial problems by steering you clear of most of these unscrupulous companies and offering you cheaper solutions and by providing you with some solid personal finance advice and tips.

Some of the companies that charge ridiculous fees for something that you can either do yourself or do without in most cases include: payday loans, debt consolidation, debt settlement, debt reduction, debt negotiation, credit repair services, credit report services, and loan modification services.

So, with this in mind, you will find personal finance reviews of several guide books that teach you to do many things yourself instead of paying large sums of money to a financial company. There is one service company that I review because it is the only one that provides a genuine service that would be difficult to do yourself; identity theft protection service.
