Get Rid of Your Money Manager in 5 Easy Steps!

Who needs a money manager these days? Only crazy people! Yeah, it turns out that if you really want to do well with your investments, and to really sleep peacefully at night, you don’t have to think much about a money manager anymore. We put together 5 really clear reasons as to why that is!

#5: Money Just Sorta Takes Care of Itself.

Don’t worry about actually ‘managing’ your money — you don’t need a money manager because the inherent qualities of the money itself will take care of that! What, you didn’t hear about it? Yeah, all that _new_ money coming out of the treasury is equipped with special, built-in money-managing sensors, I think!

#4: Who Ever Said Finance is Complex? Bah!

Been following the financial news lately? Finance is easy, you see! Everyone can be just like Warren Buffett, making calm, cool, collected decisions that slowly lead to you making lots and lots of money. That’s Buffett’s secret, anyway -he never brings any complicated thought to bear on his decisions, he just kinda does whatever’s easiest, and look at how well he’s done. Why bother with a money manager that can navigate the already-calm, steady, easy waters of finance?

#3: Regular Old Money Managers Caused the Crisis!

All those fancy guys on Wall Street, the ones doing the derivatives trading and taking huge positions on inherently risky investments? They were just doing their jobs! No, it was those pesky money managers, looking out for the interests of middle class families and their investments, that must have really caused the crisis. How, you ask? Well, uh… let me get back to you, I just have to shuffle these papers in order to find an answer!

#2: Recessions? Forever!

Ah, once a recession starts, it never really finishes, see? There isn’t much point in trusting a good money manager to run your 401a, because it’s physically impossible to come out of this economic slump!

#1: Who Needs Advice?

People should just listen to their gut instincts more often! I think too many people put a premium on “sober, qualified advice”, and it causes them to be _boring_ and make _boring, responsible, fiscally sound_ decisions — and who really wants those? Nobody! Well, maybe some people. Gee, I’m not so sure anymore.

If you didn’t believe any of our arguments against hiring a money manager – start looking for one online. Dallas Money Manager and plenty of other area money managers are there to assist you with you finance management.

Eliminate Credit Card Debt by Resisting Debt Collectors

When people cannot pay their credit card debt, they are overwhelmed. They are susceptible to bad advice from debt service firms and even attorneys. Most attorneys only know one solution to debt . . . bankruptcy. But, all is not lost, because resistance is NOT futile. Debt collectors and collection attorneys work on commission and they would rather spend their time with uninformed consumers who submit to their demands.

Of the several choices available, non-payment is THE best choice when you cannot pay credit card debt. Consider the choices:

Non-payment with No Resistance

Many individuals are convinced they are helpless and cannot do anything about their financial problems. This group does not respond to debt collection notices or court summonses and each is put at risk by exactly what they may fear the most.

Bankruptcy

For obvious reasons bankruptcy is the worst alternative if a consumer only has unsecured credit card debt.

Lump Sum Debt Settlement/Negotiation

Credit card accounts charge-off after six months. Each charge-off will be on a credit report for seven years. Will six monthly payments be enough money to settle with? Debts are frequently sold to junk debt buyers after they charge off. Then, it is not worth attempting to settle with the credit card company. Junk debt buyers are best defeated like debt collectors, according to the Credit Card Debt Survival Guide. Many states have been cracking down on debt settlement firms. A reputable firm is hard to find.

Credit Counseling or Debt Management with a Negotiated Reduced Payment Plan

This only works for people who have enough disposable income to be able to make monthly payments.

Non-payment by Resisting Debt Collectors

The big, obvious benefit here is a lot of money is saved. According to the Credit Card Debt Survival Guide, you remain in control of your finances after properly educating yourself about the true powerless “ineffective” collection aspect of credit card companies, junk debt buyers, collection agencies and collection attorneys.

Debt collectors do not have to collect from 100 percent of debtors. 30 to 50 percent is more like the average. Debt collectors simply DO NOT collect from those who know how to resist them and eliminate credit card debt.

The Credit Card Debt Survival Guide is for consumers seeking to educate themselves about how to eliminate credit card debt.  www.credit-card-debt-survival.com

How do you have a judgement removed from your credit report if identity theft is involved?

I am a victim of identity theft but caught it years too late because I did not check my credit report. I’ve been reviewing my report this last week and on one of the reporting agencies is a judgment for a debt that I did not make. I have already disputed the items, filed a police report, and contacted the companies.

What do I need to do about this judgment? I have no idea what it is or what to do or who to contact or where to begin.

Each of the credit reporting agencies have procedures for correcting information in credit reports. Start with the agency’s web site for specific information.

You need to file a request to have the information corrected. You will need proof that the judgment is due to fraud.

I love this checkbook calculator. However, they don't handle getting dropped very well. Mine fell out of my purse and landed on concrete and broke, so now I'm trying to find a new one. I am totally lost without it. It is so easy to enter your charge into this and know your balance instantly. And with the review feature, you are able to actually balance your checkbook easily. No guessing "Did I already enter this??"

Highly recommend to get your life organized. Now, I wish I could find another one. :)

It was the best that I could find and believe me I looked. I had to keep sending them back because they were a piece of junk, but not this one. This Checkbook Calculator I have had for a very long time and it is still going and doing just fine. I am very happy with it.
Great product

Cash loans and their collection process

Individuals have differing reasons for obtaining a personal loan. Some do so with the intention of repaying in the agreed upon fashion and later are faced with some of life’s difficulties, which make repayment implausible. However, others understand that they can the work the system, obtain personal loans and are fully conscious of the fact they will never repay them.

If you are unable to repay a cash loan, contact your lender immediately, because there are options that can be offered to help you do so. Explain your situation honestly. Oftentimes, it is possible to make lower payments or skip a few payments without negatively impacting your credit score. Usually, the lender would rather work with you than send you to collections.

Each lender’s collection method is different. This is a method you should know about before you agree to the loan terms. If you have a personal loan connected to collateral or someone else co-signed with you then you have an urgent situation that needs to be taken care of as soon as possible.

By and large, most creditors care about only one thing: whether the loan gets repaid. Moreover, they don’t care who actually pays the loan as long as it gets done. Also, if you’ve obtained a loan with the help of a co-signer, you should know that a creditor would hold such party liable for the balance due on the loan in the event of a default by the borrower. The creditor, of course, may still want satisfaction as against the borrower, which can be obtained by putting the matter into collections or taking the borrower to court. But such actions can involve a lot of time and money, so often the creditor may pursue the co-signer for the funds. If the co-signer refuses to pay, the creditor may pursue a legal action against both the borrower and the co-signer, or opt to place the debt into collection.

Neither legal actions nor putting the debt into collection is a particularly good option for the lender seeking redress from a defaulting borrower. In legal actions there are court costs, and besides, the lender may have to hire representation. Of course, this doesn’t mean the defaulting borrower will get off scot-free. If the lender is successful in seeking judicial redress, the borrower may have to pay a certain amount of money each month or face further legal consequences. Moreover, if the matter is placed into collections, the collection agency can hound the borrower and/or the co-signer with phone calls and/or letters, or even choose to garnish the borrower’s paychecks, leaving him or her with less money at the end of the month.

Secured individual loans that are in arrears indicate that the creditor will claim the collateral you used when you signed for the loan. This may be real estate, an automobile, or some other kind of possession. Remember even though you have these possessions, your loan still might not be paid completely. Usually, the asset will be sold for any price they can obtain, and then subtract this sum from the remaining balance. The leftover balance is still yours to pay, so you could eventually have to go to court or collections.

Only take a loan for what you really need so you won’t have borrowed so much money that you can’t repay. This way your monthly payments will be low enough that you can include them in your budget. Whenever you have a little extra money, pay ahead or save it in case of an emergency.

Lenders know well court proceedings and collection of payments are very costly affairs and time consuming. Also they collect from surety to whom you had assigned. They do not wait, but act seriously to collect the loan amount. So if you are unable to pay installment contact the lender immediately, by which they go for other options before the situation goes to worse. If you find the lender not helping you then contact consumer forum for assistant.

Evidence Eraser Reviewed

It is a widely known fact that the internet has changed a lot of our lives. Now we can be a lot more connected with other people and we can do all sorts of tasks just by being online. In the course of doing all those things we also supply a great deal of personal information. We might not see anything wrong with that but if those information get to the wrong people, it may not be so harmless anymore.

Every time we visit a website or download movies, all the details get stored.

Because they are placed in folders that are hidden from us, we really have no way of finding which files are included or how to delete them.

Your computer picks up on things that you do offline as well. For instance, if you write a letter with personal information included in the contents, you will want to delete everything once you are done with the file.

But even if you delete the file from the recycle bin, a copy of that file is still stored somewhere in your hard disk just waiting to be discovered.

I know that these things may be really scary but the solution s quite simple. All that you have to do is to install an evidence eraser software.

What an evidence eraser program does is to scan your entire system for files that you may want to remove that you have stored through years of computer usage.

After the program has finished scanning your system, it then proceeds to the removal of those files from their folders. To make you feel even more secured, the evidence eraser could even shred sub folders so that no file ever leaks out.

What the evidence eraser can also do is to check all folders related to your browsing such as your web history and temp files and remove the contents as well.

With the rise of identity theft cases, there is an imperative need for us to start guarding all the information we release while using the computer and making sure that none of those information reach other people.

Budgeting at Home

Getting Started

You want to begin by finding a good computer program or using a pencil and paper. You must then divide your money into whatever categories you spend them on. A miscellaneous category shouldn’t be there. One of the categories should be for a house or rent payment. There should be a category for utilities under which they are separated into the different utilities to be paid such as electricity, water, cable, etc. Kids should have their own category. It is a good idea to keep your groceries separate from your restaurant money. Two categories should be there for you and your spouse. Personal items such as soap, toilet paper, etc should all be in one category as well as having a category for cars. These should show you where your money is going every month.

Next Thing

Make sure you know what amount is to be put toward bills. In this category you would place things such as phone bills or rent. The rates here need to be stable so they don’t change and ruin the budget. Learning how to place the money in each category is done through this. Every month you spend a certain amount in each category and will place the amounts in them. Your money needs to be split up according to how you spend it after recording your expenses for a month. Most people are surprised by how much money they spend in certain areas.

Last Thing on the List

How much you make income wise is important to be sure about so you don’t go over your budget. This means your personal fund may need to be subtracted from. It is great to have extra money to save with at the end of the month. The hardest part is actually sticking to the budget but is something that must be done. You may need to discipline yourself to stop going out to eat once you’ve used up the money in the budget. You will be satisfied with the amount of money left over when you stop buying everything you want.

My Experience

In college many people struggle. I had no hope to be able to pay everything. I had to pay all of my bills and somehow managed to work it all out. I didn’t think we’d have money left for food and personal expenses after all that. Each category was budgeted as little money as I could in order to be able to pay for everything. I decided to take a chance with a new program. Everything changed after this program. I learned how to stretch my money to pay for all of my expenses. I use this program even now for my budgeting needs.

aside from credit, what is the purpose of identity theft?

im a victim, but ive done all the damage control possible in terms of bank accounts and credit reports. im still wondering what other atrocities the thief could be planning against me.

if my credit report is flagged and he or she tries to apply for a cell phone, medical insurance, or book a flight — will i be notified?

is that credit report alert only a defense against fiscal fraud or all cases of identity theft?

There are actually 5 areas of identity theft. once someone has your social, they can get your medical information and commit id theft or they can get a driver’s lic in your name or even commit a crime. I am with an id theft company, which once you become a victim in any of the 5 areas, we restore, then what we do is a back ground check, driver’s lic check and a couple of other checks to see if anything else has been touched. That is really what you should do. Oh, and you will not be notified unless you are pulled over and have a warrant and arrested.
